Welcome to the family home of Carolyn and Colin! Where they raised their family for several years. They originally purchased their home as show home model, but it was time for some updates! They started out by needing to do something with their floors, and grew to full main floor and basement renovation. They ended up taking a chance, doing the large wood wall in the living room, but it ended up creating a ‘wow’ factor to their space. We kept the base of kitchen cabinets and added trim details, painted doors, changed hardware and changed back splash! To add more storage for functionality, we added new kitchen nook. Also included in this  renovation, was the ensuite shower with custom made glass. It turned out so much brighter, and gave a larger foot print (only a few inches) – but made a big difference! We also had some fun in the powder room with  Joanna Gaines wall paper!
