It all starts with a Plan.

No matter what project you are taking on in your home, the most important step is to know where you want to end up – FIRST.  After all – It all starts with a plan.

From 3D renderings, to detailed mood boards with the right materials, the first step is a detailed blueprint for each project.

Especially for an integrated construction + design firm such as – Woolrich Group, an integrated plan assists both our design team in envisioning the final space, and our construction team knowing exactly how it will all come together!

BEFORE PROJECT

3D RENDERING

This project is one that is already in the works, and this is the plan! We wanted to start with some design elements of the space, plus a 3D rendering of what the space will look like when everything is said and done. It helps our clients make sure that we are creating their vision, and SEE the space before the project begins.

This project includes painted kitchen cabinetry, new tile backsplash, new lighting, new flooring, paint and hardware throughout the main floor – for a whole new look.

There is a rustic, yet modern overall feel. Using warm tones throughout to modernize the space, but to coincide with existing details and materials. We love the incorporation of unique light fixtures, with a mix of finishes.

Then, we wanted to add some fun design details such as custom wood features, a stone cladded fireplace and feature wallpapered powder room!

Stay tuned for more details and the final photos from this project! If you are ready to get started on your own home renovation, or want to learn more about our 3D renderings, take a look below!
